PTG holds a contract with the State of Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR) as part of the Cooperative Contracts.
Cloud Platform as a Service

Through this DIR contract, PTG is pleased to offer Workday ERP Software as a Service (SaaS) cloud platform system and Workday deployment-related services. PTG also offers Qognify video management software and related services. Customers can purchase directly through this DIR contract. Contracts may be used by state and local government, public education, other public entities in Texas, as well as public entities outside the state

Warranty Information:
The Workday Software as a Service warranties and policies are based upon manufacturers' warranties. Due to the nature of the Workday products and services sold under this contract, returns are not available. Additional Workday SaaS Warranties are in Section 4 of the Order Form’s Appendix 1, SA. Workday Services Warranties are under Section 5 of the Technical Services Agreement for Workday Services.
