Warranty Information:
Warranty and policies are based upon manufacturers' warranties. Due to the nature of the ServiceNow products and services sold under this contract, returns are not available. Additional ServiceNow SaaS Warranties are in Section 6.1 of the ServiceNow Public Sector Subscription Terms of Service.

Contact Robert Ozuna and Keri Saylor at the above contact information to obtain information on products and services needed for your organization. Our team will work with you to provide price quotations and guide you through the ordering process. Once complete, PTG will issue a PTG ServiceNow Order Form and/or Services Agreement which will contain all data related to the order and terms and conditions. Upon approval and execution of the PTG ServiceNow Order Form, the requesting organization will issue PTG a Purchase Order with the corresponding DIR Contract Number DIR-CPO-5058 and other pertinent information required under the Order Form and/or Services Agreement.
