Telecomunication
Provided an on-site team to manage the Billing, Ordering and Enterprise Data Sync / Lines & Services. PTG’s CMS team’s first project involved upgrading the VOL Arbor B/P billing platform from version 8.1 to version 9.1 to prepare for migrating the Verizon Online East (VOLE) customer base. PTG’s CMS teams were engaged on the NX 2.0 Order Management project to lead the Data Migration phase of the project. PTG’s CMS team managed the implementation planning process and the Verizon implementation command center during the production cutover. The project manager had direct reporting responsibilities to Verizon Executive Management, including Senior VPs, VPs and Executive Directors.

Public Sector
• Department of Homeland Security Mentor-Protégé Partnership with Deloitte. PTG is currently supporting Deloitte by providing technical support (Oracle and Java programming) at the Transportation Security Administration.
  
  
• An agency will issue Requests for Services for technical and programming services through their resource management system. PTG holds a master-services contract to provide technical resources to the State agency via this contract vehicle. Additionally, other agencies issue individual request for programming and implementation services throughout the year for a variety of technical services. Our firm has been a recipient of many contract awards from individual agencies.
